El come una manzana. (He eats an apple.)

Julio vive en la casa grande. (Julio lives in the large house.)

Tu - You (informal)

Ella - She

Ellos - They (mixed group)
Ellas - They (females only)

Nosotros - Us

Ustedes - You all

Note: Since the verbs change endings depending on the person/persons being refered to, these can often be left out.
